About
One standard, applied to every engagement.
Sentinel Political is a specialist firm for the Swedish centre-right. Research, creative, data, monitoring and communications are worth more when one firm carries a finding from where it surfaces to where it is used.
The work is organised around a single principle: nothing leaves the building without the record that supports it.
Client policy
Who the firm works for.
Centre-right and right-aligned candidates, party districts and aligned organisations. Sentinel works one side of a race and states which side plainly, so a client knows before asking.
Who this is for
- Municipal, regional and Riksdag candidates in tight personal-vote races
- Party districts, youth wings and aligned think tanks needing source-verified files
- Public affairs firms, trade associations and organisations buying political intelligence
Operating model
How the work is governed.
Every deliverable has a named owner, a named reviewer and a named approver. Client material is held under access control with a retention schedule, and conflicts are checked before a proposal is written.
Standards applied to every engagement
- Primary-source research methodology and citation taxonomy
- Creative templates and production pipeline
- Project management, milestones and delivery review
- Researcher training and vetting
- Brand system and quality assurance
Controls per client
- Contracting party and invoicing
- Client data, access permissions and retention
- Conflict register, updated before every proposal
- Campaign decision-making and approval authority
- Regulatory review and platform clearance
How work is staffed
A small pod, with named owners.
Each client is served by a pod drawn from five roles: account and strategy lead, researcher, data analyst, creative producer and communications lead. On smaller assignments one person carries more than one role, but every deliverable still has a named owner, reviewer and approver.
Contractors enter through a defined scope and receive the access the work requires. The client is told who is working on their account before that person starts.
What a pod owns
- A named owner for every deliverable
- A named reviewer, separate from the owner
- A named approver on the client side
- One contact who carries the whole engagement
- A written scope agreed before anything starts
